Exchanges & Returns

- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- We currently offer exchanges or store credit only. Lower-value exchanges receive store credit; higher-value items require price difference payment.
- Exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A return shipping fee of 35 AED applies.
- Sale, customized, and gift-wrapped items are non-exchangeable.
