Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with The Table Box, customers acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Exchanges

  • To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving your order at CustomerCare@thetablebox.ae

     

  • Items may be exchanged only if unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging, in a condition suitable for resale.

  • If the requested replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be settled prior to dispatch.

  • If the replacement item is of lower value, a store credit (Gift Card) will be issued for the remaining amount, redeemable on your next purchase with The Table Box.

  • Kindly note that pick-up and delivery services are not provided for exchanged items. All exchange shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

The Table Box reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the conditions above.

 

2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team immediately via email.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

 

3. Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched or delivered.

  • Once an item has been delivered and received, refunds are not applicable. Only exchange requests will be considered in accordance with the above terms.

  • Gift-wrapped items, customized pieces, and items purchased during promotions or sale periods are non-refundable and may be non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated.

 

4. General Notes

  • The Table Box reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.

  • All policies are subject to review and may be updated without prior notice.
